Description:
Custom Wordle is a word game where you have multiple attempts to guess a secret word. Each attempt provides you with information about the correct letters and their position in the word, or if a letter is in the word but in an incorrect position.
When you input a word, the letters will change color to indicate if they are correct and if they are in the right position. The game assists you in eliminating letters and words that don’t fit, allowing you to refine your choice with each attempt.
The beauty of the game lies in its simplicity and how it challenges your ability to deduce the hidden word with the fewest possible attempts. It’s addictive, educational, and incredibly satisfying when you uncover the word in just a few tries.
Features:
Customize the game using three simple TXT files, grid.txt, keyboard.txt and words.txt
- grid.txt is used to determine the grid size; the default game uses a 5×6 grid, but you can customize it up to 9×9
- keyboard.txt is used to design a customized keyboard; you can use a QWERTY or AZERTY layout, and also add or remove letters as desired
- words.txt is the dictionary, containing the available words. The game includes around 2300 English words.
