■ WHAT DOES TG_FORWARD DO
TG_Forward is a simple and intuitive program to automatically forward any received messages to Telegram and between any of your channels / groups / contacts / bots.
It’s also a great tool for auto-managing and syncing your target groups and channels. And if their number is more than one, then, of course, the automation of such interaction will be the most rational solution.
* Despite the fact that the program is positioned specifically for sending original messages somewhere (basic function), you can, if desired, adjust and change the content of the message as you wish. This is a new feature requested by many experienced users (more details below).
■ USAGE OPTIONS
HERE ARE JUST SOME OF THE POSSIBLE USE CASES :
1. Many to one. You have many groups and channels and your task is to combine all the messages from them into one single chat.
2. The task is similar to point 1, but you want to select only those messages where the set of key phrases or words you specified will be found. For example, in this way you can quickly react if someone is looking for (or offering) the service you sell, and thus not miss out on the client. Here, depending on your needs, the application functionality can be quite wide.
3. The opposite situation. One to many.
3.1 Let’s say you have a personal chat, and the task is to duplicate these messages from this chat in some other chats (groups/channels). Example: You place your advertisement in the appropriate ad groups. And you need to automate this process of re-publishing your advertisement on them (for example, every hour). For this purpose of auto-posting such a message in your original chat (at a specified interval), a separate plugin is built into the program that will allow you to create any number of such messages for their further redirection. 3.2 You want to receive and filter data from this source chat, so that only the messages you are interested in containing the desired text content are sent to each target chat. This can be easily done by assigning each such target chat its own set of searched key phrases. This way you will receive your personal set of thematic chats.
4. Many to many. Combine both strategies above. Due to the flexibility and personalization of settings, you can easily combine any voiced approach within a single mailing task (and, accordingly, a single list). Moreover, you will be able to save and quickly load templates of such tasks/lists that you have previously configured for different purposes and needs. Or, as an alternative, you can have different templates for different Telegram accounts added to the program.
5. Auto-send to all your contacts / bots. You want to comfortably send messages to all contacts periodically, no problem. Determine the source (for example, a private group), with one click in the menu, add all the contacts to whom you will send the message. All. You have a personal chat at your disposal, where you (even from your phone) can enter messages at any time of the day, which can be immediately forwarded to your contacts. Thus, you now have a personal specialized private chat in Telegram for sending to contacts at any time!
6. Let’s look at another perhaps not the most obvious example. You have a lot of chats (groups/channels) to which you are forced to manually send messages from time to time, the contents of which [!] may vary accordingly depending on the trend, time and situation. That is, it is not advisable to specify the rigid text content of such a message somewhere in any program once and leave everything to chance; you have to act more flexibly. The question is what can be automated here. For example this:
- You create/add any private group, for example, and add it to TG_Forward as a source.
- As a recipient (opposite her), you add as many target chats as you need.
- Now you can easily set a keyword/unique word for each of your Source-Receiver pairs, which will serve as a “trigger”, i.e. an identifier.
- Run the program for endless execution
All. Now your “desktop” will be narrowed down to just one private group in which only you can create a new message that includes that very unique trigger word (it will be removed from the final message). Thus, at any time and anywhere (for example, on the road from your phone), you create a new message in your private group, and it will immediately (optionally) be sent to exactly those channels/groups/contacts (to whom exactly your unique words were associated) . For example: [12], [NAME]. All others recipients will be ignored.
Of course, you don’t have to use all these triggers in the text if you want to use your separately created private chat for a specific list of target chats, or it may be enough for you to immediately send it to all chats. This is of course a matter of detail and taste.
7. Replacement of any text. Above we discussed the use of an unlimited set of key phrases for each Source-Recipient pair. But that’s not all. By assigning your own replacement text after each such phrase (for example: “Original = This is my replacement text”), you will receive a properly modified or supplemented message preserving all the initial formatting styles applied to the original text ! programming codeChange anything and any way you want, keeping the original design and structure of the original message as in the screenshot below. As noted, all settings are personalized, which means that you can do this optional text replacement for all your chats, or only for selected ones. The remaining settings are also entirely individual.
These are just some random ways and uses of TG_Forward. You no longer need to use third-party web services and bots with limited functionality and paid monthly subscriptions. We value our customers. With TG_Forward you create your own rules of the game, which means you yourself are both the Server and the Administrator + no restrictions on the number of Telegram accounts you launch on one PC / remote server
In addition, various delay options have been provided, which will allow you to customize your chats even more flexibly.
■ ADVANTAGES
Automation of tasks for sending messages to any direction (channels, groups, contacts, etc.) WITHOUT using auxiliary TG-Bot as administrators on target sources and recipients, which is required as a classic approach to provide similar functionality in other similar software. This allows you to set up interaction directly from your active TG account (as if you were working from the Telegram_Desktop application).
TG_Forward is incredibly easy to use despite the many features and uses it provides. You can get comfortable with it in 5 minutes. All you need is to assign sources (channels, groups, contacts) and similar target destinations once and run the program for execution.
In addition to this main feature, our application optionally allows you to filter only those messages whose text or title contains the keywords/phrases you need. Moreover, the list of such phrases is unlimited for each specific “Source – Recipient” pair you define. In this case, on the recipient (group, channel), you will only see messages that are relevant to you, which means, for example, you won’t miss a single potential client.
After you have configured and activated the task, all the work of the program can proceed in the background. You can even forget about its existence, because in order to save your working space, on the usual closing of the window (or the Esc key) the program hides in the tray, but TG_Forward will continue its work 24×7 on your PC, forwarding all messages. Hint: Use the right mouse button on the tray icon to access the menu. To completely exit the program, you can also press the Shift + Esc combination or select the appropriate menu item for the tray icon.

If you violate these rules and use TG_Forward to send spam and prohibited content where it is not welcome, then do not be surprised that someone will complain about you and your account will be happily and very promptly banned.
