Introduction

ShreeAMSC is an attendance management system for corporates and is meant to keep the proper attendance records of the employees ensuring that there is no policy violations. With the help of this software the accounts department can easily calculate the salary in a very short time. This helps the HR department to know about the late comers. It also keep the records of employees previous records. In case of emergency these records are very essential to identify the employee. ShreeAMSC solve the security problem of any organisation irrespective of its size with an ease as it only allows the authorised persons to enter. If attached with the RFID card reader the entry and exit becomes more fast. The visitor can exit from any gate. It also increases the revenue of the organisation by making them more systemized.

ShreeAMSC is a windows desktop software and can easily work in a LAN/Internet environment. It is very easy to install and can be deployed with no expensive hardware.

Main Modules

1. Kiosk Module

Kiosk module is meant to record the administrator/employee attendance data at the time of entry and exit using RFID based employee ID card.

2. Email Module

Email module can be used to send the email by providing necessary smtp email server settings.

3. Separate Menu For Admin And Staff

A seperate menu is meant for the administrator and staff from which they can select the different part of the software.

4. MIS-Management Information System

MIS module helps the administrator to understand the various reports in summerised format using charts.

5. Send Data Module

Send data module is meant to send the specific data to a specific person using USB flash drive/Pen drive or email.

6. Attendance Login Module

Attendance Login module is meant to provide the two layer security so that no other user can misuse a stolen employee card. The first layer will ask for the employee RFID card and the second layer will ask for the password/pin
